I'm seeing rumors on the internet that UNC-Ch will lose Montario Hardesty to Tennessee afterall. Recently Hardesty was listed as a "soft" commitment to the Heels which makes this news sound reasonable. Bad news for Heels if true. Anyone else see or hear anything about this?

Rumors, which are a dime a dozen this time of year.

We are recruiting him hard, but other than that I couldn't tell ya.

I've heard the same. He'll have a PC tomorrow. I think that's right.

The four-star prospect made a commitment to North Carolina last month but some persistent work, which included a nine hour, 59-minute in-home visit, by Tennessee assistant Trooper Taylor turned Hardesty to the Vols. He also considered offers from Virginia Tech, Notre Dame, North Carolina State and South Carolina.

Ahhh, the old commit or I'm moving in technique.
