Well, it would probably explain the following two rule to you. You seem to have watched a lot of b-ball, but you don't seem to have actually played that much.

See, you don't do two things when hoopin'....

(1) You don't throw elbows. That gets people hurt.

(2) You don't undercut someone. That also gets people hurt.

Artest violated Rule 1. So fuck him. I made the offer just so you could understand why it's a problem. You don't seem to understand why that might be a problem so I figure I can help there with a real world example.

If you can play hoops, get elbowed in the face in a manner that leaves you on the floor and then make the arguments you are making? Then I'm with you.

 

And like I implied before, the only way we can know if the penalty was too harsh is to provide a simlar example by knocking someone else the fuck out by elbow.

I admit it's kind of shitty that I volunteered you for the job - but I figure if you want to prove it's not that big of a deal then you'd line up to take that elbow.

here are some simple question for you:

when determining the suspension, did stern take into account artest's history?

did he consider the extent of the injury?

 

Who cares? You admitted Ron did it. Anything he gets after the fact - and that includes past events Stern takes into account - is fine with me.
