    I'm looking into TIPS as I can't see how we aren't going to have high inflation in the not to distant future due to massive govt spending

    Only way to avoid it is if people's behaviors have really changed and they aren't purchasing but then, of course, that will keep us in a recession. There simply has to be inflation with as much money as they have printed lately.

    I hear ya. I'm not sure what to make of the upswing quite yet. I don't trust it though so I'm still a little cautious.
