    September 7th is National 401(K) Day! 401(K) Day is an annual event spotlighting the importance of 401(K) plans and encourages colleagues to take a proactive approach to their retirement planning.

    Experts say that you will need 70% of your pre-retirement income to keep or maintain your lifestyle in retirement. On average, Social Security will only replace 39% of your current income when you retire.
