    sorry but this just seems kinda sad to me . . .

    isn't this the same hangartner that many of us here complained about and wanted an upgrade from when he played here?

    and now he's the big acquisition so far . ... just seems sad

    Agreed, although I concur with whoever said he played better than expected in 2011. It still makes me highly uncomfortable to have him playing for anything more than the minimum.

    He's solid depth, at the worst. He's durable. He's reliable. He's the Nick Goings of the OL.

    That said, we probably overpaid.

    I feel good about our OL - particularly with our youngsters. Not so much Otah.

    I think Bell and Williams took Schwartz's job, and in all honesty, they probably fill his role just fine. Also Ziemba.

    "financial terms were not available" usually a sign the player/agent aren't real proud of the numbers. but it's Hurney, so I agree, they probably overpaid.
