    I knew I liked you!

To be honest, I've never tried white pudding. I've just looked it up and realized that white pudding is the same - but without the blood :disappointed:.

What else are you cooking up with your Irish breakfast - baked beans?

sausages, rashers, black and white pudding, baked beans, fried tomatoe, 2 eggs (sunny side up) Ive even got me some brown bread ready to slather with some real irish butter. It doesnt get much better than that for a tasty treat.

Tell me, where did you get your Irish Butter in NC? Good call on finding some - honestly, it won't be the same without it!

Sounds good though - black and white pudding. Thanks, I've now got a craving .

Sorry mate, can you explain the scrapple thing?

Please don't say it's snouts and entrails :worried:.

I used to get my stuff shipped overnight from a place up North (still do for meats and other goodies). But in the last year or so you can find Kerrygold butter locally pretty easily, Harris Teeter and some Lowes foods carry it too. Its like liquid gold that stuff. They must think im crazy because whenever i spot it in the fancy cheese section i buy about 20-30 dollars worth of butter and nothing else.
