    Wossa, I see that in the stores all the time. Is it like Pate or more like souse, that souse stuff is pretty nasty. Tried someones homemade souse a while ago and almost thru-up. There was way too much cartilage and other nasty shit in it.

    Honey, im partial to the white pudding over the black but agreed, its still some good eats. Got two of each in the freezer right now. Gonna have me a proper full irish breakfast this weekend.

    I just found out that souse is also called head cheese. I dont know how i feel about that...either way, it was some nasty shit.

    Now why would I call it "liver mush" when the package clearly reads "liver pudding"? :badass:

    I'm from Greensboro. Neese's is the best, by far (sausage too) and it's made in Greensboro. I think they know what to call their own product. :twocents:

    Im kinda glad i didnt ask what it was made from but it did feel like i was eating Tim Biakabatukas reconstructed knee.
