    shouldn't oughta be doing that hurdler's stretch. it's not proper technique for stretching those muscles. it puts tension on the ligaments and tendons of the knee joint.

    I think I'm starting to agree that cost outweighs benefit on that one. Unless I do that, I barely notice it. If it's not swelling and not stopping me from doing anything, I'm not going to a doctor for it. Just trying to get an idea of what it could be. Meniscus maybe.
