In regards to making a profit . . . remember, Miami's athletic department lost money on their athletic dept. despite winning the national championship in football last year . . . Yesssssssssssssssss, Norte Dame has that big NBC contract, but are they turning a profit. I mean, their football is an indepedant but the rest of their sports are in the BIG EAST, if I'm not mistaken . . .

Yes, it would matter. We are talking about Carolina vs. State. We are also talking about a conference game. We already have one loss in the conference we don't need any more.

 

I would'nt kiss their butt like this current scenario suggests. If they want in, then jump in with both feet. Why should the ACC play their little games? Screw Notre Dame.....I would yank the offer altogether if they did'nt want to join lock stock and barrel. Sounds like they're not willing to give up their share of the current cash cow imo. The whole thing smells.

 

Screw ECU. Yes, they don't deserve to be talked about in the ACC. Marshall's a decent program that needs a bigtime conference, and yet for like a year now it's ECU this and ECU that. Build a program, then win some games, then go jump somewhere.
