Grilled Vidalia Onions...

    Got my first taste of this summer's vidalia onions this past weekend. Put them on the grill and was in heaven! That's some good eatin'. [​IMG]

    not sure how you fix yours...but these fuckin rock

    1 onion peeled, root end cut off and "X" scored in the top
    1 good chunk of butter
    1 boullion cube (beef or chicken...doenst matter)

    place butter and boullion cube in "X", wrap in foil and place on grill until done. you can tell when they are done by squeezing them and they are soft to the touch...half hour or so. :229031_ha

    Almost exactly the way I do it except I haven't tried the boullion cube. Will have to try that next time.
