grilled swordfish

    take a swordfish steak and coat each side with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice then sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on each side. Grill on medium heat, five minutes a side. Finish by stacking a handful of Andy Capp Hot Fries on one side and melting a slice of American cheese over top of the fries. Put on a large kaiser roll with mustard and ketchup.
