    my cousin did a version with a honey glaze.... gotta get that recipe cuz it was really damned good.

    I've done a honey glaze before. Just liquify the honey in some olive oil or butter, and brush on.

    here is how i do mine: i salt and pepper the salmon, sprinkle some tarragon, put a couple of cubes of butter. not a lot. maybe a little garlic powder or fresh garlic, then grill or in the winter time, broil. cage is good, but foil works just as well.

    when it is done, (and try not to over cook, 8 minutes for me) it is different for everybody. i am in high altitude, so that is why.

    when it's done, let it breathe or set for a few, then sprinkle with lemon juice. serve over rice pilaf.

    burn some scented candles while you are cooking, if the smell offends you.
