Grier was playing at the Summer league amd I was shocked to see him there. I heard from someone that knows him state that he is transferring because of grades.

Also, is it possible that he goes juco and then comes back his Jr yr. with Drayton. Is these possible or allowed. I just hate to see him leave because of grade and by then the player that he seems to have problems with would be gone.

HE IS NOT TRANSFERRING DUE TO GRADES. THAT IS FALSE.

His crew he hangs with are his old boyz from home and apparently there were some recent incidents they were invoved in, and Grier needs to get away from them if he is to be the player his Mom wants him to be. I think there is alot of pressure on him to come up with a payday one day.

I agree that is also playing into why he is leaving, but I just can not understand someone giving up a year of div. I ball and going juco if it was not for grades- if grades are not a issue then why not transfer straight to div. I school.

Because he doesn't have to sit out a year if he goes juco and could come back to D1 the next year without sitting out.

What about the baseball team? I heard Radford is doing the same thing, leaving and going juco? Anyone else?
