    Such insight (drivel?) spewed by Greg...in regard to State needing to retain Sendek.

    Note to Greg: As you pointed-out Sendek recruited this team. He's had ample time to get a team assembled - and now needs to execute. No question he can coach Defense. But his teams ability to execute any semblance of Offense, is offensive.

    My wife's uncle was chairman of the board that helped retain Herb, and brought in that assistant coach to help him.

    It's time for Herb to go. My wife's Uncle still doesn't think so.

    If State listened to Mr. Doyel, a reputed Heel, they'd still have Mike O'Cain as the football coach.

    Doyel is still better than most reporters, but I'll wait until after this season to judge Sendek.

    I thought it was curious how Doyle used "my Tar Heels" and "my Wolfpack" in the column but didn't seem to attach himself to Duke. And why leave Wake Forest out of the mix? Aren't they still a part of the Big Four.

    He did, but not for Wake:

    and I saw an article by him about Chris Leak, and in it he said he was a Florida grad. WTF?
