here in Fort Mill, the Springs family has a huge greenway with streams, horse trails, hiking trails, lakes, etc. It backs up to my house and I have become addicted to exercising on this greenway. You see deer, wild turkeys, etc. It is a complete rush to jog 30 minutes or so and you don't even get that tired with all the surrounding scenes. Get off the treadmills and find some woods to walk/run thru, its not even a comparison how much you get out of it.

We have something similar here in Charlotte except it is called the Booty Loop. Lots of "wildlife" to be seen and admired.

I see two point MILF's daily

I used to run at the McAlpine greenway. I found running on dirt and grass is a lot less stressful on the body. I stopped because 1) too many big ass snakes and 2 )freaks like to hang out there.

the snakes worry me too. I try to make as much noise with my feet as possible to let critters know I am coming. My dog is a border collie and runs about 10 yards ahead of me the whole time, so he scouts it out before I get there. I also take a small knife and cell phone with me. McAlpine has had several rapes, but I haven't heard of any at the Springs greenway.
