great year for 49er pros

    this is one of the best years ever in 49er baseball for our pros. John Maine essentially became the highest pitching prospect in all the minor leagues, and Jason Stanford made his MLB debut. Ryan Baker looks like a solid prospect along with Treadway. Joey Hammond hit 273 in AAA, and has a chance now to be a utility player in MLB.     A Sandel update...........

    I happened to look for his season ending stats when I noticed that he appeared to no longer be in the Arizona League.

    Some quick analysis shows he was added to the roster of the Mariners high-A team for their playoff run.

    It appears that he has made quite a jump this season.........from the 49ers to the 66ers.
