When I was a kid I fractured my right leg and had to wear a cast and use crutches for about six weeks. Two weeks after I got that cast off I fractured the same leg about an inch over where I'd fractured it the first time. I must have been 7 or 8 when it happened. I'm 45 now and I haven't had any more problems with the leg. It got me through years of footbal and basketball and my pathetic squats once a week in the gym.
My point is that just because Leftwich busted his leg a couple of times doesn't mean it's something cronic. Better a busted leg than knee ligiments.

agree to that. It's no secret that I'm all about Leftwich. His teammates are all about him, too, and that's part of it, along with the platinum arm. That he's not in perfect health right now? No shit. That a bone won't ever heal? I doubt that seriously, a lot more than I'd doubt that a few teams would start saying that his leg is bad so he'll drop.
