    Morgantown. when I was living in PA, we used to drive down there to get powerball tickets because they didn't sell in PA at the time. there was this little store that sold the tickets and when there was a big jackpot, it seems half the town's population was there buying. I waited two hours in line one time. the proprietor was pretty sharp. she had one of her workers outside hawking bottles of beer and pop (or "cokes" as you fucked up suthern hillbillies call them).

    Yeah, that's him. His story was HIGH comedy until the granddaughter got all fucked up. Bar fights, robberies, trying to literally buy people (like, say, at strip bars).... I was home when the kid disappeared. It was big news. Sad.

    The guy is the poster child for how to fuck up winning a jackpot.
