got my xbox 360 last night...

Pretty fucking sweet. The picture quality on my Samsung 50" DLP is wayyy better than the old xbox.

 

Are you experiencing ang lag issues between the controller and xbox response. I really like the Samsungs but read a few things in my research about this issue.

I am playing on a 2 year 57" RPT and I love the picture, but I know I can do better with a new TV. Still searching.

 

No lags so far. Samsung makes a really good HDTV for a good price.

You can get a 50" for somewhere around $2000 or less.

 

I still have not seen a 360 in a store yet.

 

Most places like walmart keep them in the back .I got mine at eb games last wed.They kept theirs in the back room. I got perfect dark and doa 4. Both are pretty good. Downloaded the patch so I could play the old games from the xbox.

 

I can't view files on my computer from my xbox. I called tech support at xbox. They referred me to my wireless router, Linksys tech support. After 30 minutes with their online chat support, the referred me to Microsoft tech support.

I can play xbox live, I just can't access media from my desktop.

I had the same problem initially. I ultimately had to reformat my hard drive to eliminate whatever was conflicting with the Windows Media Connect program. Check out www.wmcplayer.com first and go to their Support Forum that has alot of postings on this problem. You may be able to find the issue you are experiencing. WMC developers respond to the questions so that is pretty helpful.

 

they do that because they get so few that it isn't worth it to stock them. Most of the ones they do get are called for before they get on shelves.

 

What are you going to do with your Nintendo?

 

How are the games? I have seen the graphics and they are awesome. What I would like to know is how is the game play? At this point are there any real good ones?
