And a damn good band, considering that it doesn't actually exist.

 

Never understood that -- don't exist? What do they mean by that? It's like some weird inside joke or something, but obviously they DO exist. Or do they simply mean the cartoon characters in the video aren't really making the music?

 

I rarely watch any of the music video channels anymore, but I did catch the new one by the Chemical Brothers the other day. Good song to go with the trippy video.

The 'band' is fictional. They're a collaboration band, a way for various bands' lead men to be more creative and still keep their own creations separate. The people in the bands are, supposedly, playing the parts of people in this fictional band, a band made up of cartoon characters. One of the big driving forces in the band is a cartoonist. And nothing more.

hate when that happens...am sure it's great.

yup, sometimes when u dont exist, you actually do...only not really...cuz your mere existence is recognized as being non-existent. see how simple that is?

 

So they would be a legend in their own minds ?
