One victory away from a school record 2 consectutive NCAA appearances. They did a great job last year advancing and gave a good Indiana team a hell of a game.

Tonights match up against 2nd place in the conference against Drexel is unfortunately do or die. Even with a 22-6 record, they must win tonight to get invited to the big dance.

Go Seahawks! Brad Brownell has done a good job in continuing the groundwork Jerry Wainwright began.

Yes he has, big test next year without Mr. Blizzard who has been on the first team Colonial all 4 years. I'll tell you the good thing about being a Seahawk fan is when we do get those great players, they typically stay around 4 years. ;)

Yea you should... they brougt a lot of excitment to March Madness last year as they were a small school that played their hearts out with a few upsets. They are the kind of team people (that have no bias against) like to pull for come tourney time...

I still think the NCAA is screwed up. All Division 1 conferences should recieve 2 bids if the regular season champ is different from the conference champ.

In the long run you would see some of the smaller conferences getting more publicity and hopefully better recuriting. As it is now, so many conference only get to send 1 team and a lot of times its not the regular season champ...

I think they're good enough to repeat. And since their success last year they may get a higher seed i.e. Gonzaga. Exposure is necessary, and they need to throw in the whole beach thing. Who wouldn't want to play here? It's nice. I never understood why Hawaii isn't the #1 team EVERY year.

Yeee Hawww, my Seahawks are back in the dance... Good for them. I hope they do well. On another note, Brett Blizzard is #7 all time NCAA 3pt shooter. (I think that is how I understood the stat) All Colonial 4 straight seasons. Conference champs 3 of 4 seasons... This kid may have a shot in the NBA...

i must say that if it wasn't for steve robinson, uncw wouldn't be this good.

his biggest fuckup was not offering tallahassee product brett blizzard a scholarship. he told him he could walk on at fsu.

blizzard is a stud and his game would have done very well in the acc.
