Today's game and last night's Northern Iowa/Texas State game are good examples of why 1-A needs a tournament. Just imagine what it would be like. It definitely would be the biggest drawing sports event of all time.

Way to go 1-AA, way to show 'em how it's done!

No doubt. Texas State was the better team, but the Panthers showed lots of guts and came back to tie. Personally, Texas State should feel like a bunch of jackasses because they let the clock run out and had enough time (1:30) to go down the field and potentially, kick a game-winning field goal or score a touchdown. Stupidity on the part of Texas State, therefore Northern Iowa deserved to win. They played a complete game, Texas State gave up.

Dude, shut up, you already lost that argument. And just to prove it, what does today's game mean if Northern Iowa comes out and kick's ASU's ass because they don't have their QB? Nothing, which is why playoffs suck, because that was an awesome game and it should mean something regardless of whether or not the Mountaineers go on to win their next game.

But seriously, let's not talk about D1-A in this thread. This is for ASU and its fans. If you want to talk more noise about playoffs, just bump your own thread.

I've not lost shit you fucktard! Tell me then... Why is wanted so much? The ESPN announcers said it should be put in place, The ASN announcers said it needs to be there, the fans want it, I want it....NUFF SAID! It seems the only person that thinks it shouldnt happen is you. The university presidents dont count because they're money-grubbing bastards.

The game means alot to ASU cause they overcame adversity to win. What if we beat Northern Iowa, what does that say about the Panthers? They suck? No...They beat a damn good Texas State team to stay alive. Your arguments are just as collapsible as ASU's goalposts.

What does it mean if Northern Iowa beats ASU? Northern Iowa was the better team. They won, congrats to them. Just because you have a bunch of studs and you've played well throughout the season, doesnt mean you're the top team. The top team is the last one remaining. If you think the media should hand a title over to a team just because of their opinion, you're more dumber than a bag of hammers.

Ive seen your other posts on other threads, your credibility is as weak as the Hickory sinkholes.

Yeah, GoDaddy.com sucks. He moved it once to Midphase, but while they were nicer than GoDaddy, they couldn't handle the traffic either so he moved it back. It's a hobby for him so he can't afford to spend alot on the hosting.

I'm actually working with him to move the site to a dedicated server which will be shared with the Furman Football Players Assn website. Should clear things up, but obviously not in time for this season.

I hope you guys beat UNI and get the 1-AA crown back in the SoCon where it belongs.

By the way, Trey Hunter was mucho impressive. You guys will be tough again next year, although Hunter and the 2 LB's will be hard to replace.

Congrats, App State, dammit! I thought Ingle Martin had the mojo going on the last drive like he has so many times before for a last minute win, but you can't keep wining in the last minute without losing a few. Dammit!

I'm pissed now, but I'll be pulling for you next week.

That's going to be quite a challenge for your back-up quarterback. First game starting, the National Chapionship! The kid will become a living legend if he wins it. You all have a good running game, which oughta help him some.
