    There is a change in attitude that spud hasn't accepted that is you cant make a chistian, the christianee has to come to an understanding of what christianity is on his own accord, (be born again), telling that person he is born again and these are the steps to attain heaven are as successful at making christians, as PBS painting classes are at making artists. You have to read the book and apply the lessons first hand. So listening to someone preaching sin on sunday and ignoring religion the other 6 days may get you elected deacon, but don't necessarily get you to heaven. However if you want to control the flock, letting them be lazy and preaching to them is a goiod way to do it.
