    that was a helluva game. The Cards can't be beat at home, Cards vs. Sox, you heard it here first. ;)

    for all ya don't like about Roger, you have to tip ya hat to a guy that rather than retire goes back home and tries to help the local team win the big one. he will be a legend right along Nolie in Texas forever if he does.

    this year for "the texas savior" vs. St. Louis:

    combined, 13 innings pitched, 10 hits, 5 earned runs, 5 walks, and 13 strikeouts.

    One was at home in Houston, one at St. Louis. You think he can stop the Cards poweful offense? Clemens fast ball + Pujols's hard fast swing = 500ft bomb. He's faced Clemens 9 times this year, 4 walks, 1 strike out, and hit 4 times for a basehit. Thats just one player out of 8, shall I continue with more stats?

    great series, but i can't go against the cards and their O. if houston was playing at home, it would be a different story.
