    A lot of it is, but not all of it. I've seen them capture some pretty freaky stuff.

    Watch the St Augastine Lighthouse episode. You can see something looking over the railing at them and when they get to the top nothing is there. Not to mention the motion sensing lights never go off until they get to them. That was a good episode.

    That was the episode I mentioned earlier. That was pretty cool. There was another episode in a lighthouse in the northeast somewhere and they caught an image of one of their chairs moving pretty dramatically by itself. Good stuff.
