I listened. I wasn't touching that 29 point spread unless I took UAB. But that game made me too nervous.

Hey Larry, having been at the game, since I'm now a Georgia Bulldog, I have to say it was very nerve racking. We have been in trouble with injuries all year. David Pollack has had an average year at best, but players like Thomas Davis and Sean Jones have stepped it up big time to lead the #1 defense in the nation. Greene struggled a little, but Michael Cooper is starting to gain more confidence and would have much higher numbers if he didn't share the running duties with Tyson Browning, Ronnie Powell, and Kregg Lumpkin. The Bulldogs have been really flat the past two weeks but continue to win. I'm an ACC fan for life, but how can you put FSU in front of Georgia? The ACC is god awful this year. One ranked team. 7 or 8 teams in the SEC could easily be ranked #2 behind FSU, and 3 or 4 could definitely beat them. If UGA wins out and Miami or Oklahoma lose then they should be in the national title. They'd play a schedule that more than likely will include LSU in the title game, or Ole Miss who has really stepped it up. Not to mention a dangerous Auburn team, a ranked Florida team, a decent Georgia Tech team, and a victory over Tennessee. I can't wait till basketball season for the ACC but as far as football goes, the ACC is having one of its worst years yet.

correct me if i'm wrong, but i said that if FSU were to blow wake out, they wouldn't lose another game all season.
i said that i'd stay away from that game because fsu is just too great of an unknown coming off that miami loss.

as always, as rix goes -- so go the noles.

(though some would argue that it's OC jeff bowden's fault, which is, in turn, diddy's fault for hiring him.)
