Could have kicked ass this year, but you got stomped by UT and worse, got beat by the Gamecocks.

It's a title team on both sides of the ball though.

the SEC as a whole will be better than ever. Pretty much every team is loaded for next year. LSU loses quite a few but I'm pretty sure that will just reload. I think every single team could hit the top 25 at some point except ole miss.

I'd throw Arkansas in the miss category as well. If McFadden and Jones head to the NFL, which I think they will, then the offense is basically dead cuz they don't have QB worth a poop on the team. Latrino hasn't had much time to recruit, assuming anyone wants to play for him, so I doubt anyone coming in is going to pick up all that slack.

I would love to see Vandy in the Top 25 tho..

I haven't looked but I'd guess that Miss. State won't be as good. For them to go 8-5 they had to have a lot of seniors (at least on D. Their O was pitiful). Kentucky will be down without Woodson, Tamme, Kenan Burton, and I think Rafael Little is a senior and I bet Vanderbilt will be worse. They had 18 returning starters this year and couldn't get to that bowl. It will be down to Georgia and Florida in the East and Tennessee could be the darkhorse, but Georgia's one of those teams where you don't really pay attention to them and they don't get as much pub as the Tim Tebow Florida team, or USC, LSU, OSU, Oklahoma, but then all of a sudden you look up and they are in the top 5 or top 10. Will finish the year in the top 10 for the 5th time in 6 years and the only two years that UGA hasn't had a 10 win season were Richt's first year with a freshman QB (8 wins) and last year with a true freshman QB, and they had 9 wins that year. They return 17 starters (9 on D, 8 on O) so they should be good to go but they have the hardest schedule in the country next year.

@ South Carolina, Arizona State, LSU, Auburn, Kentucky
Neutral game in Jacksonville with Florida
At Home against: Tennessee, Central Michigan, Alabama, Georgia Tech, Vandy
SEC title game probably against LSU

And the back breaker is they go to LSU, and then the next week they have to play Florida who is going to be extremely pissed from Richt's antics in last year's game. On top of all that while Georgia plays LSU, Florida has a bye. No way they win both those games so they have to hope they get lucky and need some teams to lose.
