    Just heard this on FNZ (Colin Cowherd Show). Un-confirmed reports from two Jacksonville news papers has Myer accepting the Gators offer. UF seems to have out bid Notre Dame. Stay tuned.

    Good. if ND hedged their bets on Meyer, it would be a pleasure seeing them lose him.

    I bet they dumped Willingham because Meyer was available and they wanted to grab him asap. They dump the Coach and then their would-be savior says "No thanks". Poetic justice at it's best!

    Well if you think about it, Florida is a better job as far as talent, competition and national title opportunity go. I'm guessing they backed the money truck up in front of him too. I'm not sure that Leak will be a perfect fit in the option style offense that Meyer likes but he only has 2 more years left at the most. He will do OK (roll eyes) though. I'm sure that ND thought they had a gentlemans agreement with Meyer at some point. Willingham has got to be loving this.

    word. I was hoping that someone would get my sarcasm. I actually heard some studio talking head (maybe it was Trev Alberts) say that Leak was not a good fit for Meyers offense.
