    Another good thing about a lap band is that it is adjustable and reversible.

    A lap band may increase your chances of getting a lap dance, that you do not have to pay for....

    So the Turkey , Dressing , Green Beans, Corn and cranberry dressing I ate last Thanksgiving was all just a half a cup
    Dang i forgot the mashed potatoes and gravy also

    the 1/2 cup you speak of is like the first 6 months and its 1 cup 5 times a day and unlike everyone else thats all you want if you can eat that .


    Normal Portions is the real problem with the american diet

    I can't sit down with a heaping plate or go back for seconds
    But I can eat anything that anyone eles eats
    I avoid sugars as much as possible, but everyone should be doing that .
