Good for him. He had a great year, coming very close to Dan Marino's mark.

Piper's prediction: He's the Super Bowl MVP as well.

The man deserves it. He has proven to be one tough SOB. I hope he motivates our man Peete to get in better shape in the off season and lead US to the playoffs so he can get in the running for that honor. Gannon IS older than Peete isn’t he?

You got to be kidding !

Peete needs to go home and take care of HOLLY ! He fumbles too much, can't see anything over 5 yards down feild and is too fat to run. Conditioning may take care of the weight, but won't help old fumble fingers or near sighted Peete. LET HIM GO !!!!

You crack me up Coot you cranky ol' cuss. I bet you eat and drink whatever you want and you can't even remember the last time you saw a doc and a doc saw you right? ;)

    Three suggestions for prolonging Peete:
High protein low carb diet (smaller portions)
Conditioning program all through the off season
Corrective laser surgery has become an everyday procedure and I’m sure Peete (or probably JR) can afford it.

Peete is a little chunky. Can't remember if that's because he expected to retire, or if he's always been a fatty fat fat, but I'd expect him to drop that if we're 'blessed' with him again next year.

Gannon deserves it. His team, IMO, is also my favorite to run the table, with the fewest question marks and a feeling like they got dicked the last time. Who's to say if they'd have done it last year too.

Yeah, as much as it pains me to give credit to any Raider, Gannon had an MVP year, that much is certain. Good for him. :xyzthumbs
