I think this USC victory will look a lot better at the end of the season. UCF looked good and made USC look bad. That team may contend in CUSA.

 

Well, considering that they got rid of what, 2 dozen players since last year due to various violations or Spurrier cancelling some scholarships (thanks, Lou) they've lost alot of talent. We'll really see if Spurrier can make a birthday cake out of crap.

And what the hell was up with some of those crazy defensive set-ups? Did you all see the one where the linemen and some LBs lined up single file in front of the Center? WTF?

Spurrier will definitely be chewing some asses out, we'll see if that has any effect. Take away the deep pass and there's nothing much left to the offense. Granted Mitchell looked really good and confident in the first half. But Georgia is going to be all over that like stink on a skunk.

 

Not looking over Boise State, but I can't wait till they come down here to Athens. UCF is the worst team in college football until they win a game to break their streak and they almost won. The announcers wouldn't get off Spurrier's jock all night, but there is no way they can say that was a good performance.
