I think that's cause and effect... with all the attention going to Peppers, Rucker is having a field day beating his guy

 

He's accurate, and we still suck at corner, big hits from Howard notwithstanding.

When we get to him, we win. When we don't, they do. We need to get to him more.

 

I think Redmon looks pretty good. He's throwing into coverage and his passes are on target, especially the one into triple coverage.

I think more blitzing could confuse the lad.

We're running the ball, somewhat and we're making tackles. Smith had one shot at a PR, he's going to be a factor this year on ST and Off

Question about Howard

I think its WAY too soon for him to be considered a top starter... but due to our weakness at Corner he was forced into that role early... do you think he can in a year or too be a QUALITY starting CB?

 

True Piper, I should have mentioned that Minter and Howard are present and accounted for. In all, our DB play hasn't really changed compared to the past, so I am not overly pissed about their play, just concerned.

 

I dunno. Sounds like, with the amount of action on the wire, that we never intended to start Howard. I'd say that either Fair or McDaniel will be starting soon.

Yeah, he's accurate, and he's making us pay. We still can't cover the TE very well at all, we still let dumpoffs become bigger plays.
