We're winning the battle in the trenches. If we don't turn it over and keep pushing we can win this cause the Ravens O sucks ass.

HOOOOOOOOOVER! Nice run, what a bullish SOB!
He's going to be Christian-like in this offense, meaning he'll get scaps...but they'll always be productive plays. I can see him averaging 10-12 touches a game for 50-60 yards.

 

Our D might get cold. They're not used to being on the sidelines this long

Now lets see Fox do some coaching. We all came out flat in the 3rd quarter. I want to see us make some adjustments that will make us better.

Our D should still be fresh. We're making great tackles. I'd like to see them get there a little sooner. I'm still wagering on those 2 scores!


That blitz earlier by Field was great. Forced the QB to throw incomplete on 3 rd down and short that stopped the drive.

 

1st Half breakdown...

OFFENSE - Looks MUCH better than I expected. Run blocking has progressed in game and Smith and Goings are running hard and smart.
Peete looks good. A few bad throws, but not enough to worry about. Moose should have caught that last one, tough play for a WR, but catchable. Like to see Walls involved early and Mangum looked like a RB on his catch with the little move to the inside.
Overall, this offense is moving by design. Hennings deserves alot of credit for calling an excellent game thus far!

DEFENSE - D-line is getting good push. Peppers is absent, but due in part to doubles and good play by Mulitalo. Rucker is playing with controled aggression and the tackle play has freed up the backers. LBackers are flying around and making plays.
Secondary is still a BIG concern. They are makeing Redman look REAL good when he is little more than below average.

STs- Not much to talk about, good or bad...which is better than bad! Suaerbrun and Kasay are stats quo.

Any thoughts or contradictions?

 

So far, some notes: Peete looks okay but we had to use a trick play to get downfield. Hope we're as potent without the magic. We also had two first down penalties.
He looks accurate for the most part and we seem to be handling the rush OK.
Moose looks like he'll be more than just productive later on. Run game sounds good, run D is obviously good but we're letting Redman have 11/15? Not to mention that Howard is getting picked on as much as Porter is.

Peete is playing well. Offensive line, minus Terry.

Nice run, pass mix.

On D, our front 7 has done a very good job vs. Jamal Lewis. Reggie Howard has played decently.

Moose had a drop.
Chris Terry still sucks.

This ain't a great defense we are up against, but it's nice to see some offensive execution regardless.
