Why does the color teal make you so mad? You can call it 'panther blue' and the rest of the country will call it teal.

We still have the lame fight song which they play at the end of a home game win every time. Yeah, knew it was for Caroline - I once worked with Neil Diamond's biggest fan or at least she was damn close.

And imitation is the sincerest form of flattery they say.

To me there's a BIG difference in teal and the Panthers' blue. I don't like the color green but blue is my favorite. But I can also see how some would call them similar - depending on the lighting of the Jags' uniforms, they can look bluer then they are and Panther blue can look darker. One of my bosses loves teal and she'd agree with me on them being very different.

All in all, most of this falls under the who really cares anyway.

I read an interview with him recently and he said he just revealed it was written about her when he performed at her 50th birthday party last year. There was some creepy story where he saw a picture of her in a magazine and she was barely a teenager and he developed a crush on her. Something like that. Apparently she was embarrassed when he revealed it on stage.
