    goddamn the cardinals..at least make this series good.

    boring as hell if you arent a bosox fan, which is now probably every bandwagon sports fan in the country.

    i hate them sox, but it's a great feat to both come back on the yanks and then beat the so called best team in baseball in a soon to be WS sweep..

    so since it's almost over, and knowing that vp is only a heart murmur away from a massive stroke right now, let me be the first to throw a jinx out there and talk about which Red Sox will get the MVP when they win tonight?

    Four different pitchers so no one has dominated and as for hitters the heros seem to be spread around with everybody getting a big hit at one time or the other.

    So who's the MVP?

    I say Schilling. He gutted it out with the bum ankle and I think knowing he was out there pitching in pain gave the rest of the team a big lift.

    Any other players deserve it?

    We saw history tonight. But does anyone besides me think it was anticlimatic?

    I guess because beating the Yankees was more exciting. Beating the cards was a cake walk.
