    Furnished room for rent in 1550 sq/ft home located in Waxhaw, NC. Room furnished with Futon, entertainment center (television/VCR) Rocking chair and round table w/lamp. Walk-In closet in room, and some storage capacity in attached garage. Full access to common areas of house, along with Washer/Dryer and Gas grill usage.

    No Pets

    No Smoking (inside premises)

    $150 Deposit Required

    $450 Month Flat Rate (covers all utilities too)

    I you get that much let me know.....I got a mother in law suite with it's own full bathroom and entrance I'd rent for that much.
