    He's always been a pretty good defensive coach. It's just this head coaching thing.

    They're fast, but they don't hit like VTech and FSU. At least they didn't against VTech.

    I thought State's defense did pretty well in shutting down Vick and the Hokies. Granted, I think Virginia Tech is way overrated, but they're still good. If State can come close to beating them then they should definitely beat the Tarheels, but last year also comes to mind...and Wake Forest can also say they were expecting a down year. If they make .500 it'll be a miracle. I think every ACC team will have at least 2 losses. There's not really one dominant team but every team looks like they'll finish 8-4, 7-5 or 6-6.

    why do Duke fans become State fans during football season? State fans don't become Duke fans during basketball season. I've never understood that. At least UNCC fans have a reason, what with no football team, but the dookies that do it baffle me. Don't get me wrong I know not ALL do, but oddly a large number of them do.

    I'm not a State fan, in fact I don't like them at all. I still like Duke but even I will admit they are terrible. It's just easy to see that State is the best team out of the big 4.
