    Disappointed for him more than anything. I mean, you try to be subjective about the whole deal, but you can't help but feel sorry for the guy just a bit.

    Still, no excuse for it. Poor judgement by an otherwise high-quality guy.

    i did some drunk driving when i was with mom right before she died. there's nothing like some cold beer and tequila after a long day at the hospital, with the whole situation weighing on you. dumb move, but hard to judge a guy in his situation. would be a lot easier if he hurt somone (to judge him).

    After doing what he's done in the NFL and being thrown down by cancer, I'd say he has found solice in the bottle. 3 DUIs and several other related charges indicate he is probably an alcoholic or well on his way. Most people can't handle a life of inactivity after living on the edge. He needs help .
