On injuries: Ryan Tolhurst suffered a knee injury. The seriousness of it, at this point, I don’t know. I expect Rodney Peete (knee) to be back before the end of the week. Dee Brown might be out one or two days with a knee injury. It is not a full separation. Kevin is coming back and responding well from his knee surgery. Brad Franklin (hamstring) is probably a day or two away. Deveron Harper is probably a week or so away with a hamstring injury.

On the possibility of signing a wide receiver: Losing Ryan, we’ve got a little bit of a numbers problem. That’s something (general manager) Marty (Hurney) and I will get together on with our personnel on. We are always looking anyway, so our pro personnel people are all over that. At this point, we have elected not (to sign a veteran wide receiver). Like everything in this business, it is subject to change.

I think it's not looking good for Tolhurst. Right after he says he doesn't know the severity, he uses the phrase 'losing ryan'.
