    When I was diggin ditches we used to get them at KFC. 1 dozen fried chicken livers, potato wedges and a large tea....I had to beat the wimmen off with a stick. Wimmen love chicken livers.

    used to gettem at publix. Kept a tub of em on my cookie cart, I't be grinding away and popping chicken livers all afternoon. On saturday's it was steamed clams

    I don't :(. I'm funny with the whole liver / kidney meat thing. I'm still getting over KFC selling chicken livers! Do they have to make them especially, or do you just buy them like pieces of chicken? I just can't imagine eating them like that. I know - it's a cultural thing - but I'm interested in knowing what they taste like. I've only ever seen them served accompanied by bacon and / or mushrooms. This is all very weird to me :).

    I'm with you. Considering what the function of the liver is, I can't see where they could have anything good in them. They are scarey to me.

    They still doesn't mean you should eat them. They are a filter. :xyzthumbs I just wouldn't but you go ahead and enjoy!

    To heck with chicken livers. I'll get my iron from other sources without the fat grams not to mention what the true function of a liver.
