that whole section is rather innaccurate on 49er fans perspective. everyone I've talked to is happy to go to the A10. Who has been upset with that? The lynch mob will only come out if we fail to go to the A10. Instead of reporting its a done deal, JJ should also report that its far from over. The only anger this 49er fan has is that we missed the boat that USF jumped on 7 years ago and look what it has them today. Has Decourcy ever seen how many fans go to USF hoop games?

Many of us promote the program. It's doesn't mean you're kissing anyone's ass. I have no deal with ninerreport. I think it's a great source of info and I'd like to see it get even better.

 

I was a sleeping dog until you started yesterday with your insinuation that I wanted us to fail in an attempt at the A10, in order for regime change. So deal with it if I am chapped for a couple days. If you are honestly supporting the pay site, cool. It just appears as if you are constantly advertising it like you are benefiting from it.

 

I gave my impression based on the anti-current administration comments you've thrown out (over and over) for the last two years. You cleared it up and I said I was wrong. We both (and everyone else here) supports this program. We should be able to discuss issues without getting personal and calling names and putting up stupid pictures.

I support anything Charlotte. Again, I get nothing and want nothing from ninerreport.com. It's about time we have an exclusive news service, which is what most of us have been complaining about forever.

 

As long as you understand my/others support for a program does not always have to parallel the support of the administration, you will be fine. Sometimes it seems you think that you must support everything 49er or you aren't a supporter, which doens't have to be the case. Like Vpkozel said, most UNC alums dislike Badour, but still support the program.

Lefty, I know something deep down in you disagrees with something at Charlotte, let it rip one time. Constant agreeing with every decision or process cannot be healthy.

 

Most UNC alums didn't letter. Most don't really know Badour. I do disagree with some things. I discuss them with the people involved if they are important enough. I don't rant about them on message boards. You are your own person. You have the right to voice your opinion any way you wish. Just explaining my point of view.

 

with some items, that is the right approach. I have emailed Woodward about a name change to no avail. If it doesn't work privately you must speak out in public. I have privately aired my feelings about football and other sore spots, but political pressure from many is usually the only solution.

edit.....
the only time an individual can have an impact on major issues is if you have the $$$$$$$. I have given a grand total of probably $1000 to the school, and that won't get you anyone's ear.
