LOL Houston trades Jeremy Lin AND a 1st plus some cash to the Lakers for the rights to an over seas player. Go just go. Clears space for Parsons AND Bosh per Yahoo.

Moving Lin to Los Angeles will clear most of the salary cap space necessary to sign Bosh to a four-year, $80 million-plus contract. The Rockets are still working to formalize a commitment out of Bosh, who will leave Miami because of the departure of LeBron James to Cleveland. The Rockets also plan to match Chandler Parsons' three-year, $46 million offer sheet with the Dallas Mavericks once Bosh has committed, sources told Yahoo Sports.

Houston is going to be loaded

Rumor has Chicago looking at D. Wade wanting him to come home. So much for Pat Riley being a genius

Rockets let Parsons go. Lakers taking Lin is crazy even with the first rounder. No Bosh either.

I can't figure out why parsons was let go. Not like their are any free agents left worth spit. I guess luxury tax or saving money for trades next season or next year's crop of free agents

Because they signed Ariza for a lot less and they play the same position. I like Parsons, but Dallas didn't actually want him at that price either. They only signed that contract offer hoping to force Houston to match, which would keep them away from other free agents. Ultimately I think Dallas, Houston, and Parsons all lost.
