    Hopefully their egos will destroy any team chemistry. Remember the Olympics ? Kobe (and a good job by Coach K) was the one who held those teams together. Maybe they'll all want the ball too much, and the scrubs on the bench will be useless.

    The LeBron is the next Jordan talks officially ended last night.


    edit: Odin brings up a good point. Kobe saved our asses in the Olympics. When Kobe wasn't there in 2004, the US finished third (with Coach Brown, LeBron and Wade.) Also, we all remember how badass Bosh was his one year at Tech. Does anyone but me remember that they went 18-14 and lost in the NIT with him? And the year after Bosh left GT went 30-10 and lost in the NCAA Finals.

    Not saying they won't win together, but it's not always as easy as throwing a few all-stars together and hitting blend.

    If Thomas starts to fufill his potential he could be a big upgrade on Diaw. Thomas and Wallace at the 4 and 3 would make for some tough defense and rebounding. At the risk of beating a dead horse again I think those two with Okafor might have been very good.

    I hope we move Diaw and get a point guard or package him with Chandler and get a better center.

    it's weird. lebron's team has the best record in the east 2 years in a row, 130 wins over 2 seasons. they make savvy moves to get better and acquire talent they think they need to win now.

    meanwhile, miami can't get much done for the last few years. they squander high picks and eventually ship everybody out all the while, they lean on dwyane wade to make them at least somewhat respectable in terms of putting a product on the floor.

    lebron says he doesn't have enough help in cleveland and opts to go to miami. wtf? how much help did wade have the last few years? none. and so lebron is going there. wow.

    The Bobcats beat writer for AP tweeted this afternoon that the Bobcats were almost certain to make a big trade for a PG soon.
