    A friend of mine's 6 yo daughter died from mrsa - it got into her trachea. She died from pneumonia.

    That shit is no joke.

    Well, here it is. It looks awful, but doesn't really hurt. It's draining damn near clear liquid pretty regularly. I started the Bactrim last night, but it worries me it looks so bad. I think I may roll to the doctor in the morning.

    Looks like MRSA to me.

    A culture will be able to tell for sure, but a sensitivity of possible antibotics won't be accurate since you've already started the Bactrim. But chances are that the doc will keep you on the Bactrim and maybe even add another one to it. MRSA is not to be taken lightly.

    Don't panic yet- it'll take the Bactrim a few days to kick in enough to see results.

    The culture revealed there is some staph bacteria, but it isn't MRSA. I'm still gonna do the pussy thing and go to the doctor, a place I haven't been since April, 2004. I hope they still have me on file and can work me in.
