    I am man. To be honest, I bought a bottle of the 40% Ephedra stuff. Its more concentrated than Xenadrine. I bought it before it got the axe. Soon as I finish it up, I will switch to the Xenadrine Ephedra free. That other shit gives me the shakes real bad, makes me see spots and damn near pass out. But ive lost 20lbs, I think its worth it.

    the stuff I got was banned and GNC practically was givin it away before the ban laws took place. Ephedra is what messes u up, the hydroxycut sucks IMO, dont feel or notice anything.

    The techincal term for it is Ma Huang Extract.

    weighed in at 246...be concentrating more on "sculpting" and looking better than on the cardio and losing weight, but I gained 2 lbs from 2 weeks ago, and just lost that plus 4 more....

    changing my goal to 235...should be able to do this within 3 weeks.
