Franchise weighing in 7/14 7am

    Did 20 min cardio, 2 miles, chest and situps for 50 min. early this morning.

    Weighed in at 270.

    Being 6'4 and with my families background, this is a venture nobody has taken. Dad, 310ish, Brother 290, Great Uncles 340, we are all big and enjoy eating alot, but tall as well. In 6 weeks my goal weight is 240. Ive done it before, but just got lazy this past year. 6 weeks folks, I will be there....Larry, Im gonna make a run for ya money :)

    PS. two-six's comments were very accurate. Early morning cardio tricks a chemical in your body, if you drink 2 cups of water before you go to the gym, and do cardio, you can burn almost twice the carlories if you ran in the evening.
    I drink 2 cups water, eat healthy snacks, and less bread and no sweets, and fat free milk. Along with Ephedra (this is not recommended, just what I take) lookin for 240 by November.

    After 5 days of very strict dieting and 20 min. every morning of cardio and 2 weight lifting focus areas, and a shitton of water I weighed in this morning at:

    Be careful. I have always read that it's rough on your heart to lose weight too fast. :)

    yea, I told you I take it off real fast, its just the keeping it off thats a bitch. My family is known for losing weight real fast. My brother before he went to boot camp for the Navy lost 30lbs in just a month to make it in.

    Thats also after i took a big shit and piss. I will slow down after this though, it happened last time, took me forever to get to 235. My goal is 240, then I will see after that.

    coritsol and testosterone levels are the highest in the morning. If you are trying to lose muscle mass, this is a good way to do it.

    fuck no dude, tryin to lose fat mass, i had the most sucess with this in the past by working out early in the morning.

    so, no morning walking for me? i'm confused.

    you saying it is good to do cardio in the morning, but wait until later to do weights?
