I looked at the deed and learned that we paid 13K for this timeshare. I owe $1000 in fees and the deed is clear. I live in FL and don't need this thing. I would sell it for $3000 and you would need to pay the $1000 in back fees.

So $4000.

it's a 3 bedroom lockout with two bigscreen tvs and two jacuzzi's. it's right beside one of of the 5 island pools and sits on the 8 hole of a top rated greg norman golf course. check it out. if you live in NC and have children or love golf then this is a great deal.
