Elizabeth BerkleyIt's been a busy week for Elizabeth Berkley.

First the first "Saved by the Bell" veteran booked a key recurring role as David Caruso's baby mama on "CSI: Miami." Now it looks like Berkley will serve as host for the Bravo reality competition series "Step It Up and Dance."

Formerly titled "Step It Up," the series will challenge contestants to master a diverse assortment of dance disciplines (not to be confused with "styles") including ballet, ballroom, burlesque and Broadway.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the series will also feature Broadway vet Jerry Mitchell as mentor and house choreographer.

The series, produced by Bravo favorites Jane Lipsitz and Dan Cutforth ("Project Runway," "Top Chef") is currently shooting in and around Los Angeles.

The trade paper doesn't say whether or not Berkley will also be a guest mentor for the week the dancers learn the Las Vegas bump-n-grind.

Berkley's post-"Showgirls" credits have included "The Curse of the Jade Scorpion" and "Roger Dodger."
