Sort of. It's a powder that comes in a pre-measured, sealed envelope. You just mix it with water. It's called "New Direction". Here's a short article:

    Here's a list of links.

I drink 2 of these things every day (breakfast and lunch, usually), and then have a properly portioned dinner, minimizing the fat and sugar content, and mazimizing lean proteins, vegetables, and some complex carbohydrates (whole grains, etc.).

The other part of the program is regular, but not excessive, exercise. The program calls for 30 minutes of light to moderate exercise five days a week. A heavy bias toward cardio/aerobic exercises is strongly recommended.

The bulk of my workout routine is 30 minutes on an elliptical machine, and I push it pretty hard. I don't kill myself, but I have a good sweat going by the end of that 30 minutes. I've also added a few lifts after my time on the elliptical, because I want to get stronger, more toned, and healthier overall. So I'll do one or two exercises for my abs, and then break down the rest of the week like this:

Monday - (elliptical and abs only)
    Tuesday - chest and abs
    Wednesday - arms and abs
    Thursday - back and abs
    Friday - legs and abs

It sounds like a lot, but I'm usually done within an hour. I'm tired by the end of the week, but not exhausted.

As I'm now within 10 pounds of my goal weight (185 -- I'm 193 now), I'm expecting they'll move me from part one (reduction) to part two (adaptation) pretty soon. The real challenge will be part three (sustaining), but one step at a time.

This is really awesome, congrats HB. Good luck with maintaining it, I know from experience that it is almost as hard to keep it off as it is to lose it.
