    I consider the bible to be the inspired word of God. I therefore believe that the book of Romans written by Paul is God's message to man.

    I am not saying that anyone has to be a christian. You are certainly free to reject Christ and go whatever way you want. All I am doing is trying to explain the problem with "gay christians". I think it is like other sins. If you actively participate in them and feel no remorse for it then you are very likely not really a christian.

    Not in the New Testament builder. Here are a couple of relevant passages.

    Mark 7:18-20 And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him; Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats? And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.

    Acts 10:9-13 Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour: And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance, And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending upon him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth: Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air. And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat. "

    But don't worry about it. Basing your sexuality, or your diet, on the writings of a bunch of Bronze Age shepherds is just absurd ;)

    a_b - none of those passages say anything about pigs. But your other statement, I agree with. I believe that Chris Rock said it best. Back then, a pork chop might kill your ass.

    I do not think you can be a christian and actively and repeatedly committ the same sin and not feel guilt or conviction for it. Those who are gay and proud of it and see nothing wrong with it are unlikely to really be christians.

    I would say the same for anyone who is proud of their sins.
